Women in Pediatrics: The Past, Present and Future, featuring I-PASS Co-Founders Dr. Amy Starmer as a chapter contributor and Dr. Nancy Spector as a co-editor, shines a new light on the field of pediatrics. Despite women holding a large majority in pediatrics, there are still barriers and inequities, and this book aims to address the problem head-on while providing actionable solutions.
