The Kentucky Hospital Association recently announced a partnership with I-PASS Safety institute, a system that prioritizes improving patient safety through reducing communication breakdowns. Louisville, Ky-based Baptist Health installed I-PASS, serving as the KHA’s initial demonstration of the system.
