Becker’s Hospital Review recently covered the latest I-PASS study that was published in the Journal of Hospital Medicine. The program's largest and most diverse clinical study to date revealed a dramatic reduction in handoff-related harm events through the implementation of the I-PASS handoff methodology. The study also found improvements in the completeness and quality of handoff communications.
